Mycology: The Fantastic Fungus Among Us.  

A families journey of foraging for fungal diversity and identification.  Jen & Chuck will explore the many forms of mushroom and delicious mushroom recipes they discovered for the fungus-loving foodies.  Mushrooms from forest to fork for any occasion.

Chuck Oliver is the Principal Architect at C.M. Oliver Architects and his wife Jennifer Oliver is practicing real estate agent at Latter & Blum.

Baton Rouge Mycological Society (BRMS) is an informal group of people interested in mycology.  BRMS is committed to the promotion of educational and scientific activities related to fungi.  BRMS supports the protection of natural areas and their biological integrity.  We advocate the sustainable use of mushrooms as a resource and endorse responsible mushroom collecting that does not harm the fungi or their habitats.
