6:30-6:45pm Brief introductions so we can continue to get to know each other.
6:45pm-7:15pm Dr Steve Antrobus will give a continuation of his presentation on identification, uses and foraging.
7:15-8:00pm Cooking Demonstration. Let us know if you want to cook your favorite recipe. We will cook at the meeting with a few special recipes.
We will also update the shared resource list for future meetings, forays and events based upon what levels and interests of the group.
We are an organization that encourages the education, research, cultivation, hunting, indentification and the cooking of mushrooms. We share our knowledge of mushrooms through meetings, classes, workshops and field trips. This is a quarterly meeting to discuss nurture collaboration and community for the understanding and appreciation of a wide diversity of mushroom species in Baton Rouge and the surrounding areas.
